Design
Our in-house design service provides you with the opportunity to commission your ideas onto paper: we can produce detailed planning drawings, planning applications and undertake building regulation approvals, liaising directly with the local authority and listed building/conservation officers.
From a basic brief, we can help you to build your initial thoughts and designs into a full detailed plan that matches your family dynamics, requirements and style. You can view your creation via the latest in 3D fly-through imagery and 2D floor plans.
Once are satisfied with your chosen design, Oak Country Buildings can submit your plans for approval by the relevant council and undertake Building Regulations approval, where required. For contracted projects over five thousand pounds, Oak Country Buildings will undertake the production of all necessary detailed drawings and complete the planning application free of charge (excluding local submission/inspection fees).
Timescales for planning applications, once submitted to the council, take between 6-8 weeks for approval.
