scales. Health and Safety is rigorously planned and all our staff work in strict adherence to their Health and Safety responsibilities, ensuring the safety of employees, clients and the general public. All clients will be
introduced to a site foreman who will assist and oversee their project from start to completion. This gives you the reassurance of having one point of contact at all times. As each project is sensitively overseen by one of our passionate team, we can ensure that we deliver a high quality standard of workmanship that belies our competitive pricing structures.

Payment: Oak Country Buildings operates a stage payment system for all projects over ten thousand pounds. These are always in arrears and are normally scheduled to correspond with building control stage inspections. The payment schedule can be found on the works programme supplied pre-construction.
Guarantees: For peace of mind, we offer a company guarantee on our work. We are proud members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and as such can offer insurance backed ten year building warranties upon request on all completed works. All new builds will be built to NHBC standards and will carry their full ten year Buildmark warranty.
Site Visits: In the past, our clients have found it useful to see the Oak Country Building finish for themselves before committing to a builder. On request, we can arrange accompanied tours of recently completed projects where you can get a first-hand reference from previous clients.
